CARBON BAE provides TRACKED EXPRESS SHIPPING (Home Delivery) ALL OVER INDIA through integrated courier service.
How does the Order - Delivery process work?
- Once the order is paced, customer will receive the confirmation mail with order number to the given Mail ID
- Our system Auto-Processes the order within 1 Hour for packing, fulfilment & dispatch
- After the Inspection, your order will be packed and handed over to our trusted courier partner

- Once the orders are dispatched, you will receive the tracking mail to the given Mail ID within 2 working days.
- Free Express Shipping for all Pre-Paid orders above Rs. 699
- Rs. 50 - Express Shipping all over IndiaÂ
- Rs. 100 - Cash On DeliveryÂ
- Rates for International orders varies at Checkout Page based on the Country Location
- In case of International orders, product delivery may get delayed due to reasons attributable to logistics, public holidays, etc.

Return Policy
Returns will be accepted under the following condition:
- Product is defective or damaged during transit
Refund Policy
How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take ?
For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. The money will be refunded to you within 10 - 15 Working Days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
Handling charge of  ₹50 will be deducted for any cancellation or return of processed /shipped orders.Â

Cancellation before shipment

In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 10 - 15 Working Days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
Handling charge of ₹50 will be deducted for any cancellation or return of processed /shipped orders.Â
Cancellation post shipment (Only valid on orders place & delivery in India):
If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our Customer Support team on hello@carbonbae.com.
- In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company on our end, once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money within 10 - 15 Working Days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us. We have to mention here about the handling's charges (wear and tear charges, shipping charges, return expenses, etc.)Â
- In case you have cancelled an order during the Black Friday 50% OFF Sale or Anniversary Big Sale or during any offer sale days and if the shipment has been already processed, you won't be eligible for the cancellation or refund.
Damage Policy
I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?
Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or cancellation and refund.
If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 5 days of receiving the order:
- Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (hello@carbonbae.com) within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
- Step 3: We will send you our warehouse address via mail. You will have to send back the orders without delay. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.
